Return and Refund Policy – Rugmandu Handicraft

At Rugmandu Handicraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• If the product is faulty or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and bill.

Refund Policy:

• If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
